In the residential area of Baia Caddinas, at via degli iris 15, various types of apartment are offered, from one- to three-room flats, both on upper and lower floors; in a harmonious context enhanced by the use of stone walls, typical of Sardinian architecture, which guide the guest among the flats on offer.

A further apartment is available close to the Third Beach, 20 metres from it, developed on two levels, with private parking, large living area and open-air verandah.
